USDA US Forest Service (IITF) Laboratory Facility, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 2017 The project consisted of conducting a value engineering study regarding an existing fume hood room located on a lower level of the laboratory building which was being relocated to the upper level of the same building. The fume hood to be relocated in an existing conference room that would be modified. Included analysis of the existing HVAC, electrical, and alarm systems, and other utilities to identify alternative options and potential cost savings.
MAWSS Stickney Water Plan, 2017 Provided design and drawings for the MCC (Motor Control Center) rooftop HVAC unit at the MAWSS Stickney Water Plant.
Mobile County Public School System, 2017 Provided design and drawings for the HVAC and plumbing systems at the MCPSS (Mobile County Public School System) Bus Maintenance Facility.
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, 2016 Provided drawing assistance for the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) fire sprinkler grid system design for various electrical plants.
Qatar Airways Flight Simulation Building, 2015 Provided design and drawing updates for the Qatar Airways Flight Simulation Building water mist firefighting system filter stand/booster pump frame assembly. The water mist systems provide coverage for numerous protected spaces within the building.
MLP (Mobile Landing Platform) marine vessel – NASSCO (General Dynamics), San Diego, CA, 2013 Provided design of the CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) firefighting systems for several propulsion machinery spaces on the vessel. Also produced logistical support documents for the CO2 systems.
JHSV (Joint High Speed Vessel) – Austal USA, Mobile, AL, 2012 Provided design of the FM-200 clean agent firefighting system for the port and starboard generator rooms. Also produced logistical support documents for the FM-200 systems.
